Château de Pampelonne Rosé 2025 is a refined Côtes de Provence rosé from one of the region’s most storied estates, set just moments from the iconic Pampelonne beach near Saint-Tropez. With its classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren, it captures the effortless elegance and fresh Mediterranean style that have made Provence rosé famous worldwide.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a very pale, almost translucent rosé colour with subtle orange reflections. The nose is delicate and inviting, with aromas of rose petals, grapefruit, lemon, candied red berries, peach, and a touch of spice. The palate is fresh and lively, with a soft, almost creamy texture balanced by a clean, mineral edge. Layers of peach, apricot, and citrus carry through to a long, silky finish. While approachable now for its brightness and charm, it also has the balance to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Production
The vineyards benefit from the mild Mediterranean climate and abundant sunshine of Provence, creating ideal conditions for premium rosé production. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity, then undergo a short maceration before being gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in concrete tanks to protect the wine’s fruit purity, texture, and mineral expression.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, as an aperitif or alongside shellfish, fish, salads, and grilled vegetables. No decanting is needed; simply open and enjoy its freshness and aromatic precision.
