Château de Pampelonne Rosé is a refined, refreshing Provence rosé from the celebrated Côtes de Provence appellation, made for those who appreciate elegance, freshness, and a distinctly southern French character. Produced from grapes grown near the iconic Pampelonne beach by Saint-Tropez, it carries the charm of a historic estate whose roots reach back to the 17th century.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a very pale, almost transparent rosé hue with subtle orange reflections, typical of top Provence wines. The nose is delicate and inviting, with rose petals, grapefruit, lemon, candied red berries, peach, and a gentle hint of spice. The palate is bright and lively, yet textured with a soft, almost creamy feel. Fresh citrus and stone fruit notes are supported by a fine mineral edge and a lightly spicy finish, leaving a long, silky impression. While best enjoyed for its youthful freshness, it should hold nicely over the short to medium term if stored well.

Production
The vines benefit from the mild Mediterranean climate and generous sunshine of Provence, creating ideal conditions for high-quality rosé production. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity, then undergo a short maceration before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in concrete tanks to maintain fruit purity, texture, and the wine’s natural mineral character.

Food & Serving
This rosé is an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads, and vegetable dishes such as ratatouille or grilled zucchini. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and no decanting is needed.
