Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in the glass, the wine opens with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, fresh mint, warm embers, licorice, and violets. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, concentrated, and beautifully layered, with a deep core of fruit, supple tannins, and a long, salty finish that leaves a refined impression. This is a wine with excellent aging potential, gaining complexity and harmony over time as the structure softens and the aromatic profile expands. Patience in the cellar will be well rewarded.

Production
The wine is based on a Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, drawn from the historic Saint-Estèphe terroir in the northern Médoc. The vineyards benefit from gravelly, clay-limestone soils that help balance ripeness, freshness, and structure, while careful harvesting and precise vinification aim to preserve the purity and intensity of the fruit.

Food & Serving
A natural partner for roast lamb, ribeye steak, venison, duck breast, or mushroom-based dishes, especially those with rich sauces. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully and show its aromatic complexity.
