Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a very fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne opens with a lifted nose of citrus zest, green apple, white flowers and a subtle brioche note. On the palate, it is bright and mineral, with crisp acidity, chalky energy and a refined, elegant texture that carries through to a long, clean finish. The 2015 vintage has the concentration to develop further in bottle, making it a Champagne with excellent short- to mid-term aging potential.

Production
Made primarily from Chardonnay grown in the Premier Cru commune of Vertus in the Côte des Blancs, this wine comes from parcels with strong south-east exposure that help achieve ripeness while preserving freshness. Larmandier-Bernier farms organically and biodynamically, allowing the character of the chalk-rich soils to shine through. The vinification emphasizes a natural approach with minimal intervention, supporting the wine’s clarity, tension and complexity.

Food & Serving
This Champagne pairs beautifully with oysters, sashimi, shellfish, caviar, light seafood dishes and delicate poultry preparations. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its freshness and finesse. Decanting is not necessary, but a few minutes in the glass can help the aromas open gradually.
