Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne opens with bright aromas of lime, clementine, quince, and a delicate thread of white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and precise, with citrus, white peach, and a touch of passion fruit supported by hints of hazelnut and brioche. The texture is supple and refined, giving the wine a creamy edge without losing its energy. It is drinking beautifully now for its lively, expressive style, but the balance and structure suggest it can also develop gracefully over a few years.

Production
Made entirely from Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs reflects the chalk-driven terroir and cool climate of Champagne, where freshness and mineral tension are key.
