Champagne Gosset Grand Blanc de Blancs Brut is a finely focused Chardonnay Champagne from one of the region’s most historic houses. Made exclusively from Chardonnay and bottled in Gosset’s distinctive antique-style bottle, it combines precision, freshness, and depth in a style that has long defined the house’s elegant approach to Champagne.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, refined mousse and a pale golden hue that hints at its freshness and maturity. The nose opens with white flowers, peach, and citrus, lifted by a subtle bready note that adds complexity without weight. On the palate, it is intense yet beautifully balanced, built around generous fruit with notes of green apple and ripe citrus. Its crisp structure and pure Chardonnay character give it excellent poise, while its time aging in bottle adds extra harmony and finesse. Thanks to the wine’s concentration and freshness, it has strong aging potential and can continue to develop gracefully over time.

Production
This Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay sourced in Champagne, where the grape’s natural brightness and mineral drive are especially well suited to producing elegant sparkling wine. Gosset avoids malolactic fermentation to preserve maximum freshness and tension, then ages the cuvée on the lees in the cellar for up to four years before release, allowing the wine to gain texture and complexity while keeping its vivid core.

Food & Serving
An excellent Champagne with fish, shellfish, and other delicate seafood dishes, it also works wonderfully as an elevated aperitif or welcome glass. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
