Champagne Gosset Celebris Rosé Extra Brut 2007 is a beautifully refined prestige cuvée from the oldest wine house in Champagne. Crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and presented in a gift box, it combines elegance, freshness, and remarkable complexity in a style that reflects Gosset’s long heritage of precision and finesse.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate salmon-pink color with a very fine, elegant mousse. The nose opens with ripe raspberries, strawberries, and a soft touch of vanilla, leading into a palate that feels vibrant and fresh, with bright citrus notes and a subtle backdrop of small red berries. The extra brut style keeps the wine taut and focused, while its layered structure suggests excellent development potential over time.

Production
This cuvée is made from fruit selected from some of the best parcels across 10 villages in Champagne. The blend is 59% Chardonnay and 41% Pinot Noir, with 7% still red wine added to achieve the rosé color, a method permitted in Champagne. Gosset also chooses not to carry out malolactic fermentation, preserving the wine’s crispness, energy, and pure fruit expression.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for fish dishes, especially refined preparations with salmon, tuna, shellfish, or lightly sauced white fish. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; this wine is best enjoyed straight from the bottle to preserve its delicate mousse and freshness.
