Made from the classic trio of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, it combines freshness, complexity, and precision in a style shaped by the house’s solera-inspired perpetual reserve method.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a beautiful golden colour with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is elegant and layered, offering ripe apple, pear, and peach, followed by subtle notes of nuts, honey, and brioche. The palate is lively and well-balanced, with crisp acidity, impressive depth from extended maturation, and a mineral-driven finish. With a dosage of under 6 grams per litre, it leans distinctly dry, highlighting the wine’s clean, focused character. The magnum format also supports further development and ageing, allowing the cuvée to gain additional nuance over time.

Production
This cuvée is produced using a perpetual reserve method, where multiple vintages are blended to preserve a continuous house style while adding richness and complexity. The blend brings together Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier to create balance, structure, and aromatic depth, with the extended ageing period in magnum contributing to greater refinement.

Food & Serving
An excellent choice as an aperitif, this Champagne also pairs beautifully with oysters, lobster, sushi, and other delicate seafood dishes. Serve chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, and consider brief decanting only if desired for a more open expression—though it is equally enjoyable straight from the bottle.
