Production
This cuvée is crafted from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. The wine undergoes no malolactic fermentation and is unfiltered, then matured for 30 months in oak barrels, giving it both texture and complexity. A dosage of just 2 g/l keeps the style crisp, precise, and unmistakably dry.

This is a Champagne made for the table, not just the aperitif. It pairs especially well with refined seafood, shellfish, roasted poultry, truffle dishes, creamy risottos, and other elegant cuisine that can match its depth and structure.
