Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep golden hue that signals both concentration and maturity. The nose opens with ripe fruit, cherry, and biscuit notes, followed by a toasted, slightly creamy undertone that adds complexity and charm. On the palate, the wine is fresh and precise, with vivid red-fruit flavors and a crisp, structured finish. The balance between fruit, texture, and toast makes it both inviting and serious, with enough depth to drink beautifully now while still offering further development in bottle over the coming years.

Production
The grapes come from the right bank of the Marne Valley, between Épernay and Dormans, where the slopes provide a classic Champagne terroir for Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The blend combines fruit from vintages 2013, 2014, and 2015 with 2016, using only first-press cuvée juice. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in large 72hl oak casks, without malolactic fermentation and with minimal filtration, followed by around 12 months on fine lees in the same wood and a further seven years of cellar aging on bottle before release.

This Blanc de Noirs is an excellent match for poultry, roast chicken, mushroom dishes, mature hard cheeses, or refined charcuterie. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant; simply open and enjoy its layered aromatics and texture.
