Description

Champagne Chavost Blanc Assemblage Brut Nature brings together equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier for a distinctive, balanced expression of Champagne. Its equal blend and zero-dosage style let the grapes’ character and the wine’s structure take centre stage.

Tasting Notes
The bouquet combines apple tart with gently nutty notes and a sense of ripe fruit. On the palate, the Champagne is notably vinous, with good structure and balance. No specific ageing potential is provided.

Production
The Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grow in clay- and limestone-rich soils. The base wine is aged mainly in stainless-steel tanks, while around one-third matures in oak barrels. Harvesting and further vinification details are not available.

Food & Serving
