On the palate, it is lively, dry, and refreshing, with fine bubbles, bright fruit, and a clean finish that keeps it easy to enjoy and highly versatile at the table. Its balance of freshness and gentle structure gives it immediate appeal, while the Lambrusco di Sorbara and Pinot Noir blend adds enough depth to make it more than just a simple aperitif wine. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant fruit and floral energy.

Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C to preserve its freshness and fine mousse. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open just before serving to enjoy its aromatic brightness at its best.
