The nose opens with lime, honeydew melon, passion fruit, and freshly cut grass, giving it a classic Sauvignon Blanc lift with an appealing California ripeness. On the palate, the wine is crisp and rounded, with lime and melon leading the way before kiwi and subtle herbal tones emerge. Stainless-steel aging preserves its freshness, while a small portion matured in oak adds a touch of softness and breadth. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant fruit and energy, though it should hold well over the short term.

This wine is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grown in California, with fruit drawn from Napa Valley and Suisun Valley, where the combination of warmth, cooling influences, and varied soils helps balance ripeness with acidity. The grapes are pressed as whole clusters, then 87% of the wine is aged in stainless steel to maintain freshness, while the remaining portion matures in small oak barrels to add a light creamy edge and extra dimension.

A great match for oysters, grilled fish, goat cheese, asparagus, citrus salads, or light pasta dishes with herbs and olive oil. Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
