Tasting Notes
In the glass, it pours an intense ruby red with garnet reflections, hinting at the depth and maturity to come. The nose is expressive and layered, with a pronounced aromatic profile that reflects the classic personality of Sangiovese from Montalcino. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and structured, with fine tannins, a robust frame, and a harmonious, persistent finish. The wine already offers plenty of pleasure, but its balance and depth also suggest excellent aging potential over the coming years.

Production
This Brunello comes from the heart of Tuscany, where Montalcino’s warm days, cool nights, and diverse soils help Sangiovese develop concentration, freshness, and structure. The grapes were harvested between October 4 and 12, then underwent 21 days of fermentation and maceration before maturing in oak barrels for 45 months, giving the wine its depth, polish, and classic Brunello character.

A natural match for grilled or roasted red meats, game, and mature cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C for the best expression, and consider decanting for an hour or two to help the aromas open fully and soften the wine’s youthful structure.
