Description

Capovilla Rhum Rhum Bianco PMG is a powerful white rum from Guadeloupe, bottled at 56% ABV. Its high strength and unaged style make it a distinctive choice for exploring the character of Caribbean rum.

Aroma & Palate
Expect a lively, aromatic profile, with fresh sugarcane, grassy and herbal notes, and a bright citrus edge. The palate is full and warming, with a long, peppery finish; its high proof gives it plenty of intensity.

Distillation & Maturation
This is a bianco, or white-style, rum. Further details about its ingredients, distillation method and production are not available.

Serving Suggestions
Try it neat in a small pour, or add a few drops of water to open up the aromas. It also brings character to rum-forward cocktails such as a Ti’ Punch or Daiquiri; adjust the amount to suit its 56% ABV.

Distillery
Capovilla is an Italian spirits producer known for its work with high-quality distillates. This bottling brings the producer’s name to a rum from Guadeloupe in the Caribbean.
