Production
Produced in Trentino-Alto Adige, a region known for its cool alpine climate and excellent conditions for aromatic white wines, this Sauvignon Blanc benefits from freshness-preserving terroir and careful vineyard selection. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to protect the grape’s natural aromatics, followed by 6 months of maturation on the lees for added depth and finesse.

Ideal with asparagus, goat cheese, light seafood dishes, sushi, and fresh salads with herbs or citrus. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its aromatic profile and crisp structure. Decanting is not necessary; simply open and enjoy while the wine is young and expressive.
