Grapes are typically harvested in the cooler hours of the early morning to protect their natural acidity and delicate aromas. After a brief, controlled maceration on the skins to achieve its delicate color, the juice is gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve pure fruit character and crispness, with no heavy oak influence, resulting in a clean, fruit-forward and refreshing rosé.
