Description

Camossi Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero is a dry, traditional-method sparkling wine from Lombardy, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. With no dosage added after disgorgement, it offers a particularly crisp, direct expression of Franciacorta; the region’s bottle-fermented sparkling-wine tradition has developed over several decades.

Tasting Notes
Expect a pale straw colour with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. The aroma may show citrus, orchard fruit and hints of brioche, while the palate is brisk and focused, with lively acidity and a clean, dry finish.

Production
Made in Franciacorta, where the region’s varied soils and moderating influence of nearby Lake Iseo help shape its sparkling wines. Franciacorta is produced using the traditional bottle-fermented method; Dosaggio Zero indicates that no dosage sugar is added after disgorgement.
