Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby tone with the garnet reflections typical of fine Brunello. The nose opens with ripe red plum, black cherry, and blackcurrant, followed by more layered notes of licorice and bergamot that add lift and aromatic complexity. The palate is structured and refined, with concentrated dark fruit, fresh acidity, and firm but polished tannins. Its balance suggests excellent aging potential, with the wine expected to gain even more nuance and harmony over the years.

Production
Produced from organically farmed Sangiovese Grosso grown in the Brunello di Montalcino zone of Tuscany, where warm days, cool nights, and well-drained soils help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. Harvesting is typically carried out by hand to select only healthy grapes, and vinification is designed to respect the character of the variety while building structure and complexity for long maturation.

This Brunello pairs beautifully with rich dishes such as grilled or braised beef, wild boar ragù, roast lamb, and mature hard cheeses like Pecorino. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1 hour if drinking young to allow the aromas and tannins to open fully.
