Sourced from selected vineyard sites across Bordeaux, this Crémant benefits from the region’s temperate Atlantic climate and a mix of gravel, clay and limestone soils that help Cabernet Franc and Merlot develop ripe, aromatic fruit with balanced acidity—ideal for sparkling wine. Grapes are typically harvested early and by gentle methods to preserve freshness and avoid oxidation, then quickly pressed to achieve the pale rosé color. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to protect delicate aromas, followed by a second fermentation in bottle using the traditional method. The wine then rests on its lees, gaining extra finesse, creaminess and complexity before riddling, disgorgement and a carefully judged Brut dosage.
