Production
Produced in Saint-Estèphe on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, Calon Ségur benefits from gravelly soils over clay and limestone, which help balance ripeness with freshness and support the estate’s classic tannic structure. The grapes are typically harvested parcel by parcel to preserve vineyard expression, followed by careful vinification in temperature-controlled vats and maturation in oak barrels to build depth, texture, and longevity.
