Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows an intense ruby-red color that immediately signals depth and vibrancy. The nose opens with juicy cherry and raspberry, layered with delicate notes of cinnamon and gentle spice. On the palate, it is velvety and well-rounded, with fine structure and a graceful flow from start to finish. The finish is long and persistent, making it a Pinot Noir that can be enjoyed now for its freshness and finesse, while still offering enough balance to develop nicely over the short to medium term.

Production
This wine comes from Trentino-Alto Adige, a region known for its cool temperatures, alpine influence, and ideal conditions for producing elegant, aromatic reds. The grapes are grown in Alto Adige’s terroir, where altitude and well-exposed vineyards help preserve freshness, precision, and varietal purity. Vinification is carried out to emphasize finesse, fruit expression, and the naturally silky character of Pinot Noir.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly chilled at around 14–16°C to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. It pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, duck, mushroom risotto, game birds, and lighter meat dishes, as well as aged mountain cheeses. Decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help the aromas open further in younger bottles.
