Ca’ Lojera Lugana is a crisp, characterful white wine from the shores of Lake Garda, crafted from 100% Trebbiano di Soave (locally known as Turbiana). Founded by Ambra and Franco Tiraboschi in 1992, the estate has built a reputation for expressive, mineral-driven Lugana with real regional identity.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow color with subtle green reflections that gradually turn more golden with age. The nose is bright and inviting, with notes of melon, mandarin, and grapefruit, lifted by hints of mint and delicate floral nuances when young. On the palate, it is spicy, fresh, and distinctly mineral, with a clean structure and a marked typicity that reflects its lake-influenced origin. While enjoyable young for its lively fruit and tension, it also has the ability to develop added depth and golden complexity over time.

Production
Ca’ Lojera vinifies grapes from its own 18 hectares of Turbiana vineyards in Sirmione, planted on white clay soils that were once the bed of Lake Garda. This unique terroir gives the wine its saline-mineral edge and precision, while careful in-house vinification helps preserve freshness, aromatic clarity, and the grape’s natural expression.

Food & Serving
This Lugana pairs beautifully with grilled or baked fish, shellfish, risotto with herbs, light poultry dishes, and fresh vegetable starters. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift; decanting is not necessary.

Ca’ Lojera was established in 1992 by Ambra and Franco Tiraboschi, who set out to produce high-quality wines in Sirmione, just steps from Lake Garda. The estate is respected in the Lugana region for working exclusively with its own vineyards and for producing wines that combine purity, mineral character, and strong local authenticity.
