Tasting Notes
Bright ruby in colour, this Pinot Noir opens with aromas of ripe red cherries, wild berries and violets, complemented by subtle earthy and savoury nuances. The palate is fresh and finely textured, with flavours of raspberry, plum and red cherry supported by delicate spice, silky tannins and a lively line of acidity. The 2023 vintage is enjoyable in its youth, when its fruit character and freshness are at their most expressive. It should also develop added savoury complexity over the next several years when carefully cellared.
