Description

Bpuntoio Sicilia Nero Avola Cabernet 2025 is an organic Sicilian red that brings together the island’s signature Nero d’Avola with Cabernet Sauvignon. Its combination of ripe fruit, spice and polished tannins offers a characterful expression of Sicilian grapes, made with a stated focus on protecting local biodiversity and historic vineyard landscapes.

Tasting Notes
Medium-intensity red in the glass, with aromas of plum, redcurrant and spice. The palate is well structured, with generous fruit and balanced, polished tannins.

Production
The grapes are harvested separately, then destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, with several days of skin contact to develop colour and aroma; the wine then matures in steel until bottling, preserving its fresh fruit character. The producer describes it as organic and presents the blend as an expression of Sicilian terroir.

Food & Serving
