As the first Prosecco in the producer’s traditional range, it holds a special place in the house’s history, while the "II" on the bottle signals its position as the second style on the scale between driest and softest.

Tasting Notes
Fresh and luminous in the glass, with the fine, lively bubbles that define quality Prosecco. The nose is typically bright and inviting, showing crisp orchard fruit, white flowers, and a subtle hint of citrus. On the palate it is smooth and gently rounded, with a balanced touch of sweetness that supports its freshness rather than weighing it down. Production
Made from Glera grown in the Valdobbiadene zone of Veneto, one of the most prized areas for Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The region’s steep, hillside vineyards and cool-climate conditions help preserve aromatic intensity and natural freshness. Bortolomiol’s traditional vinification is designed to highlight the grape’s pure fruit character and elegant mousse, resulting in a refined and approachable sparkling wine.

Food & Serving
Ideal with light appetizers, delicate seafood, sushi, mild cheeses, and fried finger foods. Serve well chilled at 6-8°C to best showcase its freshness and finesse. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open just before serving to preserve the bubbles and aromatic lift.
