Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse. The bouquet is subtle and inviting, offering fresh fruit aromas with a gentle aromatic lift. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious, and velvety, with a lightly sweet Extra Dry style that makes it especially easy to enjoy. Its balance of freshness and gentle fruitiness gives it broad appeal, while the refined perlage adds finesse. Best enjoyed young to preserve its lively aromatic character, though it will hold its charm well in the short term.

Production
The grapes come from hillside vineyards in San Pietro di Barbozza and Santo Stefano, two prized sites in the Valdobbiadene area of Veneto. Harvest takes place from mid- to late September, and the fruit is gently pressed without skin contact to preserve purity and delicacy. Secondary fermentation lasts 25–30 days, followed by two months on the lees and a further 1–2 months in bottle before release.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif or for a celebratory toast, this Prosecco also pairs beautifully with light starters, delicate seafood, soft cheeses, and mildly seasoned canapés. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. Decanting is not recommended.
