Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass, it shows a delicate and persistent mousse with a fine perlage. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and subtle white flowers. On the palate, it is lively and crisp, with a pleasantly zesty freshness balanced by a smooth, velvety texture. The finish is clean, precise, and refreshing, making it an especially elegant aperitif wine. Best enjoyed young for maximum vibrancy, though it should hold its charm over the next couple of years.

Production
Made from Glera grown in the Valdobbiadene hills of Veneto, an area prized for its ideal viticultural conditions and distinctive hillside terroir. The grapes are carefully harvested and gently pressed for white winemaking, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve purity and aromatic finesse. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave using the Charmat method, which enhances the wine’s bright fruit character and refined sparkle. A short period of aging helps shape its clean, linear style, and the wine is suitable for a vegan diet.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for aperitifs, it also pairs beautifully with raw seafood, shellfish, light fried dishes, sushi, and delicate vegetable starters. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C, and decanting is not necessary.
