Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour with a lively, persistent perlage. The nose is delicate and inviting, with fruity and aromatic notes that speak of fresh orchard fruit, white flowers, and a subtle mineral lift. On the palate, it is velvety, crisp, and fruit-driven, with a clean Brut style that keeps the wine agile and refreshing. The finish is elegant and harmonious, making it especially enjoyable young, though it will hold its charm over the short term thanks to its balanced structure and gentle lees ageing.

Production
Produced in the Valdobbiadene hills of Veneto, this Prosecco Superiore DOCG is crafted from 100% Glera using the Charmat method. After harvesting, the wine undergoes a second fermentation lasting 25–30 days, followed by 1–3 months of ageing to preserve freshness while refining texture and aromatic finesse. The result is a sparkling wine shaped by a cool hill terroir and a vinification style designed to highlight purity, vibrancy, and finesse.

Food & Serving
This Brut Prosecco is a versatile companion for light appetisers, seafood, sushi, shellfish, delicate salads, and soft cheeses. It is best served well chilled, around 6–8°C, and does not require decanting.
