Tasting Notes
In the glass, Special Cuvée shows a fine, persistent mousse and a bright golden hue with subtle green reflections. The nose is layered and inviting, with aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus peel, toasted brioche, hazelnut, and a gentle hint of spice. On the palate, it is broad and structured, combining Pinot Noir richness with Chardonnay freshness and Pinot Meunier roundness. Expect notes of baked apple, pear, almond, and chalky mineral tension, finishing long and elegant. It has the concentration to develop further with short-term cellaring, though it is already drinking beautifully now.

Produced in Champagne, France, Special Cuvée is built from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir sourced from selected vineyard parcels, with a significant proportion of reserve wines to maintain house style and consistency. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care to preserve freshness, complexity, and texture, resulting in a Champagne that balances maturity with energy.

Food & Serving
This Champagne is an excellent match for oysters, caviar, roast chicken, smoked salmon, truffle dishes, and aged hard cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C for the best expression of its aromas and texture; decanting is not recommended, but allowing it to breathe briefly in the glass can help open up the more complex notes.
