Tasting Notes

The nose is layered and expressive, with notes of ripe orchard fruit, citrus peel, white flowers, and subtle brioche, followed by hints of spice and toasted almond. On the palate, it is beautifully structured and vinous, combining freshness with generous fruit concentration and a creamy texture. The finish is long and precise, with mineral tension and a savoury edge that makes it especially rewarding at the table. It has the balance and structure to develop further in bottle over several years.

This Champagne pairs wonderfully with roast poultry, lobster, sashimi, truffled dishes, and creamy soft cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
