Bisol Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Brut 2021 is a refined expression of one of Prosecco’s most prestigious hillside zones, bringing together elegance, freshness, and a beautifully fine mousse. Made primarily from the local Glera grape, with a touch of Chardonnay, it reflects the long-standing heritage of Valdobbiadene, a historic heartland of Prosecco production for centuries.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass with a lively, delicate sparkle, this Brut shows the polished style that has made the name Bisol internationally respected. The nose is fragrant and bright, with crisp apple, pear, and white flower aromas leading the way. On the palate, it is fresh, graceful, and clean, with the fruit echoed in a soft, creamy texture from the fine bubbles. A subtle mineral edge and refreshing finish keep it poised and moreish, making it especially enjoyable young while its best qualities remain vivid and primary.

Production
This wine comes from the Valdobbiadene area in Veneto, where the steep hills and clay-rich soils known locally as "Crede" help shape Prosecco at its most distinctive. The land’s ancient, water-formed subsoil retains moisture well, giving the vines excellent conditions to ripen with freshness and balance. The wine is produced mainly from Glera, supported by Chardonnay, and vinified to preserve aromatic purity and finesse. Harvesting is done with care to protect the delicacy of the fruit, followed by a sparkling winemaking process designed to highlight the wine’s natural fragrance and precise, elegant mousse.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. It is an excellent aperitif, but also works beautifully with light appetizers, seafood, salads, and gently spiced Asian dishes. Decanting is not recommended; this is a wine to enjoy fresh and vibrant straight from the bottle.
