Bisol 1542 Cuvée Eroiche is an Extra Dry Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, bringing together Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc for a lively, fruit-led style. Its name nods to the demanding hillside vineyards that have shaped the region’s winemaking for generations.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles, it typically shows fresh aromas of apple, pear and citrus, with delicate floral notes. The palate is bright and gently rounded, balancing crisp fruit with the softer impression of Extra Dry sweetness.
