Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass with subtle green highlights, it shows a delicate, persistent stream of bubbles. The bouquet is bright and refined, offering white flowers, green apple, and pear, with a clean, inviting freshness that feels immediately lifted and expressive. On the palate, it is linear and well balanced, with lively acidity, a gentle savory edge, and a precise mineral aftertaste that keeps the wine feeling fresh and focused. Production
The wine comes from the steep hillsides of Valdobbiadene in Veneto, where the soils are rich in marine-origin clay and marked by vertical layering that supports consistent vine nourishment. The grapes are harvested by hand, then undergo secondary fermentation in autoclave, a method that preserves the wine’s original freshness and aromatic purity while achieving a tight Brut style. This careful production gives the wine its vibrant mousse and polished, expressive profile.
