Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shines with a bright pale-golden color and a persistent, fine mousse. The nose is delicate and inviting, showing citrus, white flowers, green apple, and a subtle hint of freshly baked brioche. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and polished, combining crisp fruit, a creamy texture, and a refined mineral edge. Chardonnay brings lift and elegance, Pinot Noir adds structure and red-fruited depth, while Pinot Meunier rounds out the blend with softness and gentle berry notes. It finishes dry, clean, and long, with good aging potential for a non-vintage Champagne, though it is already wonderfully accessible now.

The chalk-rich terroir of the region contributes tension and minerality, while careful parcel selection and non-vintage blending ensure consistency and complexity. Traditional Champagne vinification and extended time on lees help build the wine’s creamy texture, aromatic detail, and fine mousse.

This Champagne is a versatile partner at the table, ideal with oysters, shellfish, sushi, lightly seared scallops, roast chicken, or creamy soft cheeses. It also works beautifully as an aperitif. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy its freshness and sparkle.
