Sourced entirely from Grand Cru vineyards, it combines precision, elegance, and depth in a style that has long defined the house’s reputation for refined, age-worthy Champagne.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow hue with a delicate, persistent mousse. The nose is elegant and layered, opening with citrus zest, grapefruit, and lemon, followed by white flowers, green apple, and a subtle mineral thread that adds lift and definition. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with crisp acidity balanced by a creamy texture and flavors of green apple, pear, and citrus fruit. Gentle notes of brioche and lightly toasted bread reflect time on lees, while the finish is clean, long, and distinctly mineral. It has excellent development potential and will continue to gain complexity with additional cellaring.

Production
This Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards across Champagne, a terroir prized for its chalk-rich soils and ideal conditions for producing wines with tension, elegance, and precision. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is vinified with a focus on preserving freshness, purity, and the delicate aromatic profile that defines the cuvée. Extended lees aging contributes to its creamy texture and subtle pastry notes.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at 8-10°C. It makes an excellent aperitif and pairs especially well with oysters, scallops, sushi, sashimi, grilled fish, and other refined seafood dishes. Decanting is not necessary; simply allow it a few minutes in the glass to open and reveal its full aromatic detail.
