Bernard Defaix’s 2024 Saint-Bris is a lively Burgundy Sauvignon Blanc, offering a distinctive alternative to the region’s better-known Chardonnay. From the appellation of Saint-Bris, near Chablis, it brings Sauvignon Blanc’s bright, fresh character to Burgundy.

Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of lemon and freshly cut grass lead into a clean, crisp palate with lively acidity. Its refreshing style is best enjoyed young, while the citrus and herbal notes are at their most vibrant.

Food & Serving
Enjoy with salmon tart, quiche Lorraine or other savoury dishes, accompanied by a crisp green salad. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary.
