Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, it opens with an elegant, expressive bouquet where the signature note of bitter almond stands out alongside citrus, stone fruit, and a subtle herbal edge. The palate is dry, fresh, and well-shaped, with good volume, lively acidity, and a savory mineral finish that gives the wine real precision and length. At 14% ABV, it has enough body to feel substantial without losing freshness, and the structure suggests it can develop nicely over the next few years, gaining more complexity and a rounder texture with bottle age.

Production
This wine comes from Greco di Tufo DOCG in Campania, a historic area known for volcanic soils and a climate that helps preserve the grape’s naturally crisp, aromatic profile. The grapes are softly pressed, clarified by natural sedimentation, then the wine is aged for 7 months in stainless steel on the lees, followed by 1–2 months in bottle to refine texture and balance before release.

A perfect match for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, risotto, and delicate poultry dishes, as well as pasta with lemon, herbs, or creamy sauces. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C; decanting is not usually necessary, though a short time in the glass will help the aromas open fully.
