Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a beautiful salmon-pink hue with lively, fine bubbles. The nose is bright and inviting, layered with wild strawberries, raspberries, citrus blossom, and a delicate hint of fresh-baked bread. On the palate, it is juicy and elegant, balancing ripe red berry flavors with crisp acidity and a subtle creamy texture. The finish is clean, energetic, and charmingly persistent. Production
Made entirely from Pinot Noir sourced in the Russian River Valley, this sparkling rosé reflects one of California’s most prized cool-climate appellations. The region’s fog-influenced mornings and warm, sunny afternoons help preserve freshness while building aromatic complexity and ripe fruit character. Crafted in the traditional method, the wine undergoes its secondary fermentation in bottle, giving it fine bubbles and a refined, lightly bready complexity.

An excellent match for seafood, sushi, oysters, smoked salmon, or light appetizers, this sparkling rosé also shines as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, to preserve its freshness and lift.
