Made in the heart of Valpolicella from Corvina and Rondinella, it captures the region’s easygoing style and long-standing tradition with impressive clarity and finesse.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, lively red-fruit profile with the kind of freshness that makes Valpolicella so appealing. The nose opens with cherry, sweet licorice, and a touch of southern spice, while the palate mirrors those aromas with a supple, juicy character and a clean, vibrant finish. This is a wine made for immediate enjoyment, but its balance and purity mean it will hold well over the short term. It is best appreciated young, when its fruit and lift are at their most expressive.

Production
The grapes are hand-harvested from the Classico zone of Valpolicella, where the local terroir gives wines their distinctive freshness and charm. The blend is composed of 65% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, and 5% other native varieties, keeping the wine firmly rooted in Veneto tradition. After harvest, it is matured in stainless steel tanks for three months to preserve the fruit-forward character and vibrant, regional style.

This Valpolicella is a natural match for simple pasta dishes, tomato-based sauces, light charcuterie, roasted poultry, and everyday Italian fare. Serve it slightly chilled, around 14–16°C, and there is no need to decant it—just open and enjoy.
