Description

Aubert’s 2024 Eastside Vineyard Chardonnay is a powerful, tightly composed California white, distinguished by its energetic freshness and finely drawn mineral character. Its structure suggests a wine best enjoyed after a little time in the cellar rather than rushed in its youth.

Tasting Notes
Pale in appearance, with aromas of citrus confit, white flowers and mandarin-peel oil, alongside crushed stone, dried herbs and mint. The palate is concentrated yet focused, with bright acidity carrying the layered flavours into a persistent, lively finish. This Chardonnay is expected to need at least a couple of years to open up. Production
