Astoria Valdobbiadene Cuvée Tenuta Val de Brun Extra Dry is a stylish expression of Prosecco Superiore from one of Veneto’s most celebrated hillsides. Made from 100% Glera and crafted with the Charmat method, it delivers the elegant freshness, fruit-driven charm, and refined bubbles that have made Valdobbiadene famous worldwide.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, inviting pale straw color with a lively stream of very fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is intensely fruity and aromatic, with clear notes of peach and melon supported by the delicate floral and fresh orchard-fruit character typical of Glera. On the palate, it is soft, round, and harmonious, with a pleasing balance between freshness and gentle sweetness. The texture is creamy yet light, making it easy to drink and pleasantly expressive. Best enjoyed young to preserve its aromatic lift and crisp vitality, though it will drink well over the near term.

Production
This wine comes from Tenuta Val de Brun, Astoria’s heartland estate, spanning around forty hectares in the scenic Prosecco hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The vineyards benefit from the region’s cool hillside terroir and ideal exposure, which help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity in the Glera grapes. Harvested with care and vinified using the Charmat method, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in tank to preserve its bright fruit profile and fine, delicate mousse.

Food & Serving
Excellent as an aperitif, this Extra Dry sparkling wine also pairs beautifully with light starters, delicate seafood, sushi, soft cheeses, and mildly spiced dishes. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy fresh to capture its lively perlage and aromatic precision.
