Sourced from the elevated Heaven and Earth Vineyard and crafted with a light-touch approach, it stands out for its elegance, precision, and depth.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a polished, translucent ruby hue. The nose is layered and expressive, with dark cherry, plum, lavender, leather, and subtle spice leading the way. The palate follows through with a darker-fruited profile than many California Pinots, yet remains lifted and refined, with fresh acidity, silky tannins, and a long, composed finish. It already drinks beautifully, but its structure suggests excellent aging potential over the next several years.

Production
Heaven and Earth Vineyard sits on a beautiful hillside site in California, where the cooler exposure helps preserve freshness and aromatic complexity. The vineyard is farmed organically with great care, allowing the fruit to reflect the site clearly. The grapes were fermented with whole clusters, then aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels to preserve purity and highlight texture rather than oak influence.

Food & Serving
This Pinot Noir pairs wonderfully with roasted duck, mushroom risotto, game birds, grilled salmon, or earthy dishes with truffle and herbs. Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 15–16°C, and decanting is optional but can help the wine open up if enjoyed in its youth.
