Tasting Notes
Each cuvée in the collection expresses a different facet of the house style, from the rich, supple texture of Brut Gold to the freshness and precision of Blanc de Blancs. Expect fine, persistent bubbles, luminous pale-gold to blush hues depending on the bottle, and aromas ranging from citrus, white flowers, and orchard fruit to red berries, brioche, and subtle toasted notes. On the palate, the wines are layered, creamy, and polished, with excellent balance and a long, refined finish. The collection is designed for both immediate enjoyment and short- to medium-term cellaring, depending on the cuvée. While the non-vintage styles are crafted for consistency and pleasure on release, the structure and concentration in bottles such as Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs can reward a few years of careful aging.

Production
Sourced from Champagne’s finest terroirs, the wines in this collection are blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier depending on the cuvée. Grapes are carefully harvested by hand, with each parcel selected for its ripeness, balance, and aromatic precision. Vinification follows traditional Champagne methods, with meticulous blending and extended lees contact used to build texture, complexity, and the house’s signature depth.

Food & Serving
This collection is suited to a wide range of pairings, from oysters, caviar, and sashimi to lobster, roasted poultry, truffle dishes, and soft cheeses. Brut styles are especially versatile at the table, while Rosé and Demi Sec can complement fruit-based desserts or richer preparations. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not recommended for Champagne; instead, open carefully and enjoy in appropriate tulip or champagne glasses.
