Made from 100% Sangiovese sourced in the Montalcino area, this wine reflects the region’s limestone- and clay-influenced terroir, which helps preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are typically harvested by hand and vinified with care to emphasize purity, varietal character, and the elegant, less structured style that defines Rosso di Montalcino compared with Brunello.

This is a versatile red that works beautifully with pasta al ragù, roast poultry, grilled sausages, mushroom dishes, and aged pecorino. Serve it slightly cool, around 16–18°C, and decanting is optional but can help open the aromas if you want to enjoy it at its best straight away.
