Arensbak Mini 20cl Rose

Arensbak Mini 20cl Rosé is a beautifully crafted alcohol-free sparkling alternative made by two chefs who know how to build real gastronomic depth. Created by Emilie Øst-Jacobsen and Bram Kerkhof, this small-format rosé brings together fermented tea, delicate fruit, and a refined hint of spice for a drink that feels both fresh and sophisticated.

Tasting Notes
Pale rosé in the glass with a lively sparkle, it opens with floral aromas, red berry fruit, and a subtle herbal lift. Notes of elderberry, raspberry, hibiscus, and a touch of rose pepper create a layered nose that is elegant rather than overtly sweet. On the palate, it’s crisp, juicy, and refreshing, with a clean mousse and a balanced interplay between fruit, florality, and gentle spice. The Wuniuzao Longjing green tea base adds a dry, tea-like structure that gives the drink a more complex, wine-like profile. Best enjoyed fresh and well chilled, though it will hold its character nicely over a short period once opened.

Production
Arensbak’s sparkling rosé is built on fermented Wuniuzao Longjing green tea, sourced from the misty hills of Zhejiang in China, where the tea is prized for its floral and dried-grass character. Emilie Øst-Jacobsen selects elderberry, raspberry, hibiscus, and rose pepper to build colour, freshness, and aromatic depth, creating an alcohol-free drink with genuine layering and balance.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at 10–12°C. It works especially well as an aperitif, but also pairs nicely with seafood dishes such as shrimp, prawns, and langoustines, where its freshness and subtle spice complement the delicate sweetness of the shellfish. No decanting is needed.
