Production
From the limestone and clay-rich slopes of Saint-Émilion, Angélus benefits from one of the most coveted terroirs on the Right Bank, where merlot and cabernet franc traditionally thrive. Fruit is typically harvested parcel by parcel at optimal ripeness, with careful selection in both vineyard and cellar, followed by vinification aimed at preserving purity, texture, and precision before élevage in French oak.
