Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Syrah shows a deep, насыщенный color and an almost impenetrable core, hinting at its richness before the first sip. Aromas unfold with dark berries, cassis, cracked black pepper, sandalwood, violets, smoke, and meaty undertones, creating a layered and highly expressive bouquet. The palate is full-bodied and plush, yet tightly focused, with remarkable concentration and ultra-fine tannins that give the wine both power and finesse. Flawless balance and a long, persistent finish suggest excellent development potential; while it can be enjoyed with some bottle age, it should continue to improve for decades and has more than 20 years of cellaring potential.

Andremily’s No. 10 2021 is composed of 93% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, and 2% Viognier, aged for 22 months in 65% new French oak barrels. The blend reflects a classic Rhône-inspired approach adapted to California terroir, emphasizing ripe fruit, structure, and aromatic lift. Harvested from carefully selected vineyards and vinified to preserve the vintage’s clarity and precision, the wine is shaped by meticulous élevage that brings out both texture and detail.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with richly flavored dishes such as grilled ribeye, lamb chops, braised short ribs, roast duck, or wild mushroom dishes with plenty of umami. Serve it at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the aromatics and structure to open fully.
