Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and inviting, with aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers, and delicate pastry notes that come from its time on the lees. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and well-balanced, combining lively acidity with a creamy mousse and a clean mineral finish. The Chardonnay fruit gives it finesse and structure, while the magnum format can help preserve freshness and enhance the wine’s aging potential, allowing it to develop additional depth over time.

Production
Crafted in Trentino Alto Adige, where cool Alpine influences and significant day-night temperature variation help preserve acidity and aromatic clarity, this Trento Brut is made from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes. The wine follows the traditional sparkling wine method, with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees aging to build texture, complexity, and fine bubble quality.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for oysters, shellfish, sushi, light fish dishes, and creamy canapés, as well as classic celebratory appetizers. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, open gently to preserve its mousse and freshness.
