Tasting Notes

Production
This wine comes from two vineyard parcels at around 500 meters above sea level: the Haberle estate in Pochi di Salorno on the left side of the Adige Valley, and vineyards in Penone on the opposite side near Magrè. The combination of geological, microclimatic, and cultural influences gives the wine its distinctive character, while the altitude helps preserve aromatic purity and natural freshness. Harvesting is typically done with care to select healthy, ripe grapes, and the vinification is aimed at preserving the varietal precision and site expression of Pinot Bianco.

Versalto Pinot Bianco is an excellent match for seafood, shellfish, light fish dishes, risotto with spring vegetables, and poultry in delicate sauces. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary; a brief aeration in the glass is more than enough.
